Our Story
Euca HR's name is inspired by the highly resilient Australian Eucalypt tree that is also one of the fastest growing hardwood trees on the planet. Euca HR was founded in 2025 by Siobhan Lyndon. She has 25 years experience as an employment lawyer and executive Human Resources leader, and also has street cred as a Founder and Board member. Siobhan successfully co-founded and scaled a clean tech start up in the aviation sector. Through her journey Siobhan learned many hard lessons and grew as a leader and is now a sought after advisor for Founders and Leaders who are looking to set up the right foundations for a great performance culture for their team. Like the Aussie Eucalypt, Siobhan is keen to partner with exceptional leaders to build highly resilient and successful companies that positively contribute to our community.

As a Fractional Chief People Officer, we are contracted to embed in your organisation on a part-time basis and provide executive level HR strategy, plans and implementation as agreed with you.
- Human Resources & Workplace Relations Advisory Service - this is suited to small to medium businesses - an outsourced service that allows you to seek advice on demand with respect to a broad range of HR and Workplace Relations advisory matters.
